Fascia & Soffits

We quote for full removal and installation of jumbo fascia and full-roof ventilation as described in our 7-step guide.

Step 1

‍We completely remove the fascia’s and soffits and trim back any damaged felt.

Step 2

‍We check the condition of the rafter feet and repair if necessary. Once we are happy, we fix the soffit board tightly against the brickwork, providing a clean finish and a sturdy edge where the soffit meets the brickwork.

Step 3

‍After the soffits are fixed we can now put the fascia boards on. We fix the fascia boards using 65mm Polly top nails, which are stainless steel to avoid any rust marks on your fascia boards in the months and years to come. We use double fix into every rafter to ensure the ultimate fit.

Step 4

‍Now that the fascia and soffits are complete, we can install the rainwater system. There is a wide range of styles and colours available for this prime example of the classic half-round system. You also have the option of deep-flow ogee guttering. We fix the guttering with a slight fall to allow the water to drain away.

Step 5

‍After the rainwater system is complete, we install the eaves protectors. This provides a permanent replacement for old, perished felt that we cut away and, unlike felt, it will not deteriorate or perish. It also allows the roof space to breathe and has flexible combs (where specified) that act as a rodent guard to keep out birds and other unwanted pests.

Step 6

‍Now the installation is complete we return the roof tiles to their normal position.

Step 7

‍We finish off with a complete clean to complement our first-class installation. Not many companies will go to such lengths to achieve the ultimate finish. A quality roofline system where we aim to beat any like-for-like written quotation.
